SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
- In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available location hours.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
- Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on order over $85 for premium club members.
- Standard shipping times by our delivery partners are presented below:
3 to 5 business days
- Expedited Shipping
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
To ensure Next-day delivery, order must be placed by 5pm EST.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us within the US.
We do not do refunds (see Exceptions)
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
